Closed Getting an error and "cannot find any characters" message when selecting channel to join

    Hello,

    IGN: weastman
    Problem: Cannot find any characters
    Details: I'm getting an error like this when selecting a channel to join.

    When I select view all characters, there is a notification "cannot find any characters". The game ends when click view all characters button again on the channel select page.

    The server crashed but is up and running now.

    You should be able to log in.
