Hi Royals eam, Prior to the crash I had just bought Gach tickets (35) bundle with NX, and had begun gaching at shrine. I had gotten through about 10 of these tickets, and had a very lucky spree and was very excited. It included 30% claw atk and my 2nd last gach was a CS followed by cheese. When I tried to gach again after the cheese reward, the prompt came up, but instead of a reward it said "Unknown error, please try again later" I tried again twice more, and on the 3rd attempt the server crashed as soon as the prompt appeared. I have just logged back in to my main IGN: Hunterson and firstly noticed I was back in Ludibrium. I went to set up my shop and have noticed that not only has every single item I got from gach dissapeared from my inventory, but that the tickets I spent have not been returned. I am missing 10 of the 35 stack with none of the items I won. I obviously did not take a screenshot after every gach ticket I used, but hopefully you can at least capture in your logs that I bought the 35 pack when I did, and hopefully recover at least some of my winnings. If you are unable to return the key items I won, could you please at least return my gach tickets or refund my NX? Edit: just adding I will hold these 25 Gach tickets until I know what the outcome is. If I can go use these remaining 25 please let me know.

Hi Dave, I can't remember the exact time however I would have purchased the 35 Gach tickets within 10 minutes of the crash today 17th (Aus), and was in the process of using them as the server went down. I probably began using them within 2 minutes of the server crashing. The timing was so coincidental, honestly scared the Gach tickets are bugged! Thanks for getting back to me.
Will forward your request to the Admins for confirmation and see if they can track down what you have obtained, or refund the tickets used at the time of the crash
