IGN: Fubb Problem: Disconnected on Login Details: I just downloaded and installed MapleRoyal. Then, I get disconnected when logging into my character. No error message or additional window appears. I have only one character.
You are not banned, but you are attempting to connect from an invalid MAC address. Do you have a VPN installed? If so, you will need to uninstall this, and then you should be able to connect.
Hmmmm, are you sure you don't have a VPN installed at all? To be clear, it needs to be uninstalled, and not just switched off. The reason I'm asking, is because that invalid MAC address usually only shows up when a VPN is installed. Are you using your own computer? Or is it a work computer or something?

If you are using NordVPN, you have to disable NordLynx from time to time We do not ban the usage of VPN, it's the VPN itself causing the issue
I think that depending on the VPN, there is sometimes a way? I don't know much about it though. You could see if anybody else sees this here, or you could post in the technical help channel of our discord server - that's probably your best bet.
Yes I have installed NordVPN, probably will try the disable NordLynx method. If not, have to uninstalled then.
