As I explained in the shoutbox:

Make sure to include screenshots of ALL your skills and their levels.

The job advancement itself only gives 3 SP, regardless of your level. I am fairly certain you assigned the SP you gained when you leveled from 120 to 121 on a 3rd job (or earlier) skill instead of holding on to them until job advancement. We'd need screenshots to do the math for you.

If that’s really so, SP reset can settle this issue right?

    Uhhhhh.... maybe?

I would assume you'd need a SP Reset for 4th job based on the descriptions but I don't know for sure. The description says "The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd job SP raised AFTER the 4th job adv. can also be reset and applied to a 3rd job skill."

That part in red seems to be a typo (shouldn't it be 4th?) based on the descriptions of the other SP resets but I have never used them this way so I don't know for sure. I'll let someone with experience on the matter confirm.
