You are not banned. Also, it looks like it is at least briefly connecting to the game server, and so something is going wrong right when you connect. Might need to see if anybody in technical help forum (or the discord) has some ideas. Is there anything unusual about your set up? Are you using a macbook or something by any chance?

Glad to hear you got it sorted! It could also have been an issue with your ISP just going a bit weird at the moment. If you have any further issues, feel free to make a technical help thread. I'll be closing this now.
