My morbidly-a-beast coworker has the chutzpah to talk shit about american food being full of high fructose corn syrup and that's why we're all fat, memewhile she had to have the arms of her office chair taken off, just so she could fit in it, and she won't stop drinking soda that has beetroot sugar in it. Insane behavior. Downright peculiar, even.
That said, I do ackowledge we have a lotta crap in our processed food, and I'm glad we're taking steps at pussywhipping the FDA snowpuppers into shape.

BONUS MEME: last week, gym crush made eye contact with me and I fumbled by immediately looking down and fucking up the following OHP set (dumbells).
Going gym tonight and hopefully won't see her. She's a chubby PAWG and kind of smells like a McDonald's rubbish skip when she's sweaty (this is a good thing). I can't risk any distractions now that I'm a few months away from benching 1pl8 again oh my GAWD.

Felt like it has been the longest three weeks I've ever gone through.

This is merely the promulgation of some hard truths everyone deserves to hear.
