Closed Accidentally Deleted my character T.T

    I meant to delete my mule (Halcy) in order to use the name Halcy on my next mule.
    but my connection was lagging and the selection went back to the Assassin (Daybean)
    without me realizing.

    We don't have a fixed schedule for the batch processing

    Is either when the received requests reached a certain amount, or when a server check/patch is near

    Maintenance also could means i have chance getting it recovered during it? Sorry for asking too much questions. Just wanted to understand how it works.

    Character restorations are usually done when the server is down (0 players online)

    Although it's possible for Admins to restore while the game server is online, it can't be done if the account is online during the processing
