Awaiting Admin action NX Item bugged

    Problem: Caramel Beret not tradable / droppable, was informed it would disappear if i put it in CS storage.
    Details: Tried to trade caramel beret but it was not able to do so. Tried to drop to my other char to see if something was wrong and also was not allowed to do so.

    It is not from the cash shop, but rather from the easter event.

    hi yall just looking for an update on this as I would like to trade the Baggy Beret (Caramel) for another color but the bug restricts me from doing so. Do we have an ETA on when/how the items will be fixed, or will i be forever stuck with this caramel

    In the mean time, should I place the item in the cash shop? Leave it in my inv? I'm not sure how a refund would work as I didnt purchase it rather it was the Easter event cardigan. Let me know if anything is needed from me, its currently sitting in my characters inventory.

    You may place it in the Cash Shop inventory

    While organising the requests for Admins to process, I noticed you wrote "Baggy Beret (Caramel)", are you sure the name of the item isn't "Oversized Beret (Caramel)"?

    You are correct, it is indeed called, "Oversized Beret (Caramel)"

    Unfortunately, the Admins are overwhelmed by the recent patch due to the amount of bug fixes

    And I decided to prioritize the [character restorations] for the submitted character issues due to the limited time Admins have

    Your request is still on the task list and pending for refund
