all i had to say is that if at some point they change the rules, even after the sentence you are no longer welcome neither as a player nor as a single person, even doing something wrong knowing that it is wrong, not understanding the rules, because i assume that maybe you did not read it, you should recap, is what i do okay? is it done like this? would nobody notice? what if i say it was out of curiosity? or maybe i see how i try and try again and again? and many more scenarios, i understand that you want to advance quickly in a nostalgic game that at some point was part of the childhood of many of us, even i work now and that is no excuse, i still grind normally, you can even play the game without worrying about advancing, if you go somewhere else, try to be understanding and empathetic to the efforts of others, all in good time! That said, good luck wherever you go and keep your spirits up. Perhaps your path ends here, but it paves the way for you to continue being happy somewhere else.! 0/

Not to mention it would kill cpq/cpq leech sellers, gobi sellers, the orbis etc market... it would be detrimental in so many ways I have no idea why or how anyone would think allowing such a thing could be a could idea o_O This has got to be a troll post lol.

Maybe hackers should think about the repercussions of their actions before choosing to hack? You choose to hack or bot and get banned you and only you are to blame for your friend group not having fun and leaving. No one elses. Hacking and botting were against the TOS on all versions of Maplestory due to the destructive impact they have on the game and its community, why TF wouldn't it also be on a private server???? You're attempting to place blame on someone or something else and not the person who made the decision to hack/bot.

Do you think its ok if a thief only steals 50$ from a cash register that has thousands in it? With the logic of your argument it would be yes cause you only stole a little lol

I used to macro on some pservers that i didn't care about. I had a programmable mouse, and at wide stretches of levels gameplay was so repetitive and mindless that i started recording some keyboard inputs and looping them, watching it work and then fail, tweaking the timings a little, watching it fail, making some changes, etc..
Without a doubt hundreds of times more fun than playing regularly. Really so much fun, i do agree with you. But royals has another rule i dislike which goes hand in hand, no killing players with summon bags. That was really what made it work! If someone was too lazy to play for real you got to have fun and kill em. take their map, let em lose exp, not like they were working for it.
I also loved to play chief bandits with autoclick. They're not fun without imo, so i don't really bother anymore.

I can see how from moderators perspective, you need an all or a nothing approach, or it becomes to much work to police it. And when botting goes completely unpoliced the servers become shit, so none allowed at all it is then.

The fact that humans (and other group animals) can agree on a set of rules that everyone follows is what reduces infighting and makes them successful.(up to the point where we don't revolt against corrupt leaders) In our laws there are also things that some people could do responsibly and with only possitive outcomes, but you have to either forbid it for everyone or for noone, and fully allowing it just leads to a worse outcome for everyone. In effect this makes things legal for those responsible enough to avoid all chances of getting caught, which implies not negatively affecting others.

There are undoubtedly people on this server who have botted and still play. But they would've gotten caught if they noticibly affected the game economy, if they leveled at completely unfair speeds, or got other outstanding benefits. But since nobody noticed, apparently they didn't unfairly affect anyone, so who cares? I don't.
