Hello, No, there is no VPN installed. I'm running a clean windows install and haven't installed anything at all. I've added exceptions to Windows Defender as well. I don't run anything else that may cause this behavior either. *Edit*: I've disabled Windows Defender completely and I still can't play.

I can confirm I can log in now. Apparently I have a second account because none of the characters I remember are in this account. Thanks for the help.
