There's so little information in your post don't even know where to "help", but here's the steps to vote properly: (optional after first login) 1. Go to mapleroyal's home page and click vote, then login to your account. (must do every time) 2. Click the vote button to be taken to Gtop 100's website (must do every time) 3. Click the Giant "vote for Mapleroyals" gray button and complete the captcha. (optional) 4. Wait a couple seconds or minutes and refresh the vote page on maple royal's website and see if the vote has been processed properly.

So when I showed you a picture of mapleroyals website saying you’ve already voted, and you said “it shows the "already voted today" - but no increase in NX - will take a pic tomorrow”, are you talking about mapleroyals website or gtop?
gtop said I voted - but the NX did not increase on the mapleroyals website - its okay tho - will just vote on my phone from now on
For future references, don't depend on Gtop for these, only if mapleroyal's website said you've voted, then your vote was processed. Also if I showed you specifically a picture of mapleroyal's website, asked if your mapleroyal's website says you've voted and you said yes while referring to Gtop, then I'm pretty much wasting my time helping you. I never even asked about Gtop, but glad your problem is fixed.
