To obtain a new IP address by restarting your modem, unplug it from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This process releases your old IP address and requests a new one from your internet service provider. However, if your IP is static, the ban may be related to someone else using the same network to play Royals. If that's the case, please let Foxy know who else plays Royals on your network.
i dont know if any one else is playing royals in my household, i am assuming not cus my brother played but he left home a year ago
is there a way to just disband that ban and relese it ? i dont knwo if my ip is static or not or how 2 change it...

You were using a different IP address. Your IP address has changed and it is has changed to a banned IP address. In most cases, you simply turn off your router for 10 seconds, then turn it back on to obtain a new IP address.
Your IP address has changed at least twice within the last few days (I can tell by looking at the last IP address used to access each of your accounts). This makes me wonder if the ISP is doing something weird: making it static, but allocating a new one each day. This would mean that it cycles frequently, but you cannot control this. When you log onto Royals, how often does it prompt you for your PIN? Every time? Daily? Weekly? Less often...? Also, have you ever had this problem before, and been able to fix it just by rebooting router?
