Closed Merchant store bug -Missing mesos from items sales

Hi,
I’ve encountered what appears to be a bug in the hired merchant system.
According to the store interface, a 3% transaction fee is deducted from the selling price of each item. However, as shown in the attached screenshots, I sold items with a listed total of 64,019,997 mesos, but I only received 38,000,000 mesos. That’s a difference of over 24 million mesos, which is far more than the 3% fee (which should have only been around 1.9 million mesos).
This isn’t the first time this has happened. I originally thought it was just a one-time issue, but it keeps repeating. I believe I’m not receiving all of the mesos from sales, and I would appreciate help recovering the missing amount.
Relevant screenshots are attached to show the store logs and the discrepancy.
Please let me know what can be done.

Thanks for the response, but this issue is not related to Fredrick or leaving mesos with him.
The problem happens live at the moment of the sale inside the merchant store itself. For example, if someone buys an item for 90 million mesos, and the system takes a 3% tax (which should be 2.7 million), I should be receiving 87.3 million mesos. But instead, due to this bug, I might only receive 70 million or some other incorrect amount.
In short, I’m not receiving the full amount I should be getting from the sale, and this happens instantly, not over time or due to storage with Fredrick.

 

Have you been hitting the "organize" button (or the meso button) to remove sold items/take mesos out without closing the store? Because that will reset one of those two numbers, but not the other.

 

What Sylafia said, if your total is higher than your received than you must have organized at least once.
Btw the top number is the total and the bottom is the received not the other way around.
