I dont really get whats the point of bumping a year old thread and now you just got 2 duplicate threads active.
Anyway, I already gave all of my arguments on this thread, not sure if you read them or not. I got nothing to add to it.
thats my opinion about it, maybe you dont understand it or disagree with me, its still a valid opinion about this...

This is an excellent suggestion. Daily commitment to any activity, especially a video game, is not always guaranteed and can be difficult to maintain, particularly when there are more pressing responsibilities such as work, school, family. Even something as simple as going off for a vacation, whether for a few days or weeks, where you physically cannot log in to grind, can significantly impede progress the achievement of HP goals.

Many players currently engaging with the daily Ruel HP quests are already at a disadvantage, as they do not possess the necessary HP for the content they wish to tackle (e.g., specific bosses) compared to their counterparts who have HP Washed. In my view, the daily cap often hinders and delays the attainment of HP milestones, which, in many cases, already require several months to achieve. A weekly or monthly cap would not necessarily accelerate progress overall, as the net gain would remain unchanged. However, it would mitigate the negative effects of missing one or more days within the current daily structure, offering players more flexibility and autonomy in managing how they approach the quests. This would also allow players to better balance opportunity costs and choose how to allocate their time.

did you read what I said?
you say raul should be switched to a 7 times a week format.
I say it should remain 1 time per day.
how is this the same thing? literally 2 oposites...

Sounds like a great idea to me, i like how it doesn't improve HP gain, but just makes it more fun to do (IMO). I think the whole premise of traveling around maple world killing random mobs, is more suited for a longer grinding sesh, with some music or whatever, rather than "ughh.. also gotta do my 30 HP quest today". Say im playing a warrior currently, and i'm thinking of checking out a marksman - i would much rather boss/content with friends most of the week, and log on the marksman 1/2 days out of the week, and just knock out the quests, all without increasing the HP gain :)

If you preferred balance of server more than simply buff on any content, then we do sharing the same goal. I’d be happy if you could get through my threads.

Exactly this. Doing it daily for 20-30minutes makes it feel like an annoying chore. Being able to grind out a couple hours at a time would make it feel more like playing a game.
Really hope admins could revisit this QoL suggestion.
