that's interesting, this forum account is connected to your character name where we also found that the account with GNhung on it also frequently is logged in from the same device as a bunch of other NGenn accounts and mules which are banned for ban evading now.
Hi, Yes, for the whole time, we were unaware of that rule in the Terms of Service. As your image shows, he's my boyfriend and we both play the game, he has been supporting me on jump quest, selling items,... and we didn’t register for the whitelist. We only just came back after many years, and a few weeks later, we both got banned because of that. He has already spoken with "Hea" about the situation and agreed to accept a ban on all of his accounts, no matter what, in order to help recover the GNhung/Lealia account. I'm willing to provide any evidence via Discord messages or private messages if needed.
you can't negotiate a ban on already banned accounts to have your account unlocked you're just as guilty of account sharing as he would be
