Problem: Using an APR boots me from the game
Details: As above, trying to reset MP into strength causes my character to logout and my client to go back to the login screen. I'm sure i technically could, as i have added extra AP into HP before (re)attempting. I have 5 AP resets in my inventory, i don't think any else on other characters. Foxy helped me in the shoutbox earlier today and said i should make this thread.

I tried to transfer them to the cash shop inventory and got multiple times the error:
"Request timed out. Please try again."
None disappear, it stays a stack of 5 even when going back out of the CS.

I see, will request Admins to verify how many of your APRs are bugged

Once verified, they will refund you the NX amount

In the meantime, should you buy more APRs, please refrain from merging the new APRs with the bugged ones

Thank you! I'll stick it out for now, the stats aren't going anywhere. I'll keep the APR in my normal inventory.

That is correct, they are in my in-game inventory under the "cash" tab. Trying to move them to the cash shop does not work and gives me the error. Just checked, it still does.

As this situation is new to us, it may take some time to resolve the reported situation

We will update you should we make any progress on the matter

    Thank you!

It didn't occur to me before, but this might be valuable information: some years ago i was hacked and lost many items, but after some time (i only checked months, if not a year+ later) the items were returned. It might be the case that these APR were placed there manually, or were returned after this incident. My lost NX cash was not returned, but perhaps the NX items were and the APR were among these.
