I was playing quietly and now I get that message, why?

 

I have received help from many random people and I don't remember having received mesos from a level 18

 

And another thing, during the course of leveling my character, I helped many people randomly level up while I was training my character.

 

With the event, having 1b of Mesos is not impossible. I remember that I got 2 Chaos Scrolls with just 6 gift boxes
