IGN: CyberSamurai(lvl 13) , ShadowOrb(lvl 10),FrozenByte(lvl 1) Issue: My account was working okay last night, but today I am getting a pop up that says to reach out to the forum for support Details: I have just installed Maple Royals yesterday, I played for about 4.5 hours in total. I create my first character CyberSamurai and go to lvl 13, but when I did a job change my AP did not reset so I create a new character to it right this time. I then created ShadowOrb and leveled up till 7 on Henesys, I met a mage there he helped me get to lvl 10, I got the job advancement quest and logged out. Next day I am not able to log back in, Im not sure what happened Please help Thanks guys
Okay looks like this was caused by a VPN service I had running in the background. It was not active, but I use VPN for my IT studies. I have installed OpenVPN and NordVPN and looks like they have services running on the background when they are not been used. I ended all the processed from running and I was able to run start the game as normal, pheew. I believe the issue is resolved. Edit:I had to turn off the *automatic start* for the VPN services from the Windows Services manager. Changed all VPN services to start "manual" and restart the PC and fixed the issue. Below are the services that were causing issue for me, I closed them all and it resolve the issue
