Got 2 chars stuck.

Logged out for about 17hours ago and tried loggin in today and gettin that msg every time on both accounts

• What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): i was at work and char was on ch 3, came back from work and it says my char is online (if i track) able to connect all other chars

• What you were doing before being disconnected: Last logged in 2 days ago and was afk at NLC

Did apq and then AFK in FM. I did notice that buffs were flashing but never expired, but since I was just afking on the account I didn't pay much notice to it. Then client dc'd and now the char is stuck logged in with client closed.

Location: Was trying to log onto char on a Mac and facing the PIC crash issue and after I was trying again after one of the attempts, it said that I was already logged in (This was about 12+ hours ago and still seeing the Already Logged in Message)

• What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): I was afk in the event area, then started playing and got an error of Microsoft something error... not sure what it was. But now I'm stuck and cannot log into my account and enjoy the last days of the anniversary. Please help me with this.

i were at ch1 fm20 looking at stores than my cilent got crash and since than when i try to log it says i've logged in

• What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): I was selling unwanted equips to Albert the Item Seller in the FM Ch 11. I had 3 characters logged in at the time, (MissCirce, TamsinBlight and MaryReed) but only MaryReed disconnected. A white box came up but as I was selling items I clicked it without realising it was not the yes/no selling box. When I tried to log back in I got the "already logged in" message. This happened approximately 7:30 am Sunday 20 Sept 2025 server time I think. I had finished doing the ring quests and it was almost dark outside for me (approimately 5.30pm AEST).
  As I am writing this post, my character is still sitting in FM Ch 11. I waited over night hoping it would sort itself out, but after about 18hrs I think I need professional help. Many Thanks
