Dear MapleRoyals Staff,
I would like to sincerely apologize for not following the voting rules and for failing to apply for the Household Vote Whitelist before voting from multiple accounts in our household.
I want to clarify that we never intended to abuse the voting system or to gain extra NX for one person’s use. We understand now that even though we are two separate players, we should have applied for the whitelist before voting. We are truly sorry for this oversight.
We are fully willing to accept any punishment you deem necessary. You may reset or remove all NX gained so far, and we will only resume voting after receiving approval for the Household Vote Whitelist.
In our household, we have two players actively enjoying MapleRoyals:
