Hey guys, I'm a veteran player coming back after like 6 years and trying to wrap my head around some of the new end game items, I remember CWKPQ was probably the big update a few months before i quit. Been trying to forum search and stuff but hard to find exact info about this. If you can link any threads that answer my questions that would be great too. So yea my questions are: - Von Leon Belt - Max clean stats? upgrade options? Does Godly system apply? whats considered a good range for a NL to be accepted as an attacker? - What are the best 4 rings to equip? - Max clean stats? upgrade options? Does Godly system apply? How to get? - After MON from CWKPQ and aside from von leon belt & Auf haven circlet, and rings, what other end game boss equips do I need to know about? - I have a 95/18 Dragon Purple Sleeve for my NL, is DPS still the best claw? Lastly the Auf Haven Circlet. Honestly everything else ive seen so far seemed to be reasonable power creep but I couldnt believe what I was seeing in regards to this thing. So this thing can be scrolled + 4 to all stats with 20 slots? whats the max clean stats and does the godly system apply? And is there a discussion somewhere in regards to powercreep concerns regarding the circlet? I was expecting power creep, but never thought royals would ever go this far with it. Spent alot on my 42dex/27luk zhelm which now feels wasted and im concerned about potential powercreep as the years progress since I plan to play for a long time. Im not a hardcore gamer and wont be able to keep up with tens of bils becoming obsolete
-VL belt: max stat is 8, the cs for belt is -2 to +2, you need etc from VL to exchange for the belt scrolls. -Ring: Valentine ring, Ifia ring (0-7), krex, ROA/Wedding ring/Miwok event ring (max 8) -Auf helm, balrog shoulder pad(1-3 stat) -Yes, DPS still best -Auf helm, max 7 Zak helm not a waste, can use a long time. It’s up to you whether to make auf helm or not. Assuming 10ws per slot, it takes 200 mir and ws, around 140b-ish(used to be 160b+).
- Von Leon Belt - 8, you dont really wait for godly one though, 3/3 belt you start to cs and hope for the best (2 att is the 1st scroll you use on it). - What are the best 4 rings to equip? - kinda depend on what you get but in theory its valentine, krex, wedding, and ifia. - After MON from CWKPQ and aside from von leon belt & Auf haven circlet, and rings, what other end game boss equips do I need to know about? this question confuse me a little bit, you describe all the bosses you gain gear from if thats what you ask. - I have a 95/18 Dragon Purple Sleeve for my NL, is DPS still the best claw? DPS is the strongest claw, is it the "best claw", not for most people. imo, unless you got auf helmet, the 10 extra dex you need arn't worth the DPS. I guess if you got a 95/18 it does worth it but its also really expensive and would be more efficient to put the money its worth torwards better gear.
what a good range a NL needs Totally forgot about that one, better than specs, but specs too cool to give up
It's only better if you get pretty lucky. Generally a strong NL is like 8.5k, 7.5 is good and 9.5k is really strong
Several well known bosses got added new drops, would be good to know that most items got new all stat scrolls , meaning that you can now scroll ears, eye acc and some other items for STR or LUK for example( while in the past the only option was DEX) Theres explanations above about VL belt, but doesnt seem too clear for me if i was back after so many years. Vl belt has 2 all stats base and can go up to 8, it has to be scrolled with a special scroll that gives 2att and some M att and the remaining 4 slots with a special made CS, so, since its random most ppl dont care too much about getting high stats on belt, as long as it gains Att with the CS, its good. There has been MULTIPLE threads about the auf haven circlet, and how it breaks the game. From how OP is having so much of your main stat to the importance and the """beauty""" of the balance of items needing a secondary stat to equip some items wich is lost wich such a helm, others consider the buff to the circlet scroll or the nerf to the boss itself as one , or THE worst thing ever released in this server. Many of my friends think the same, but if theres something all the ppl who think like this have in common is that, they were either not playing at that moment(due cause they werent in the server yet, or quitted during that time) or that they were new at the server and were super exited about the game, and had many goals ahead, I kind of disagree with that line of tought, the circlet is OP indeed, but it came in a moment the server was SUPER STALE(IMO the worst moment in server that i witnessed), and the ppl who already "completed" the game needed a long term goal, the circlet was a necesary evil, I still think that maybe, without it, the server might not be here today. Also if youre looking for discussions about that currently happening to contribute with your POV about it, forget it, that ship has sailed, we all acepted it as it is, its not gonna have changes, and the topic is buried. Not to count that the staff seems over concerned IMO on not releasing more OP items, so the only thing that is to worry about is the oposite, the new items coming will be more likely too shitty rather than too OP (as the new shoulder just released). Anyways, the other main helms such as ZHELM, scarga hats and pilgrim hat are still relevant, so theres not much to be worried about. Btw, idk how much you paid for your dps, but its EXTREMELY expensive these days, to the point its a bit funny you consider your helm as very valuable and worried about being obsolete and casually mention you have a 18/95 right before, like crying over a dropped ice cone on your ferrari. Also you dont have to worry about make an auf helmet rn,if youre not a hardcore player it can be a long term project, I havent been playing much for the last years(due irl stuff) and still working on it(almost completed at this point) and no one ever discriminated me from runs for not having one, most ppl dont have one to this day.
Appreciate the in-depth answers! Wasnt planning on trying to fight the decision on the Auf Haven, whats done is done an its far too late as you said. More or less wanted to know if they are going to continue in that direction. Dont think ill be making one for quite a long while as I much rather perfect another 3 characters rather than spend 140b on a untradeable item
