Awaiting Player Feedback NX disappearing from account

    Problem: 80K NX cash disappearing
    Details: Hello, I recently came back after many years of quitting mapleroyals. I logged into my account and had 80K nx as I was checking out my account and deciding to come back. The next time I logged in, my 80K NX disappeared... I am also not sure if my account had been hacked but I noticed my character was naked (i.e. no gear). Not sure if this can be looked into but I am not sure if my account was actually hacked. This is unconfirmed but the 80K NX forsure was there when i logged in the first time.

    As NX do not simply disappear or expire, are you sure you are logged into the right account?

    If so, please provide more details such as your last login info and estimated value on the account (what gears etc)

    You may also wish to do a check on your emails to confirm if any are breached via other sources

    I am positive i logged into the right account.. I was on my NL revisiting mapleroyals for the first time in several years. I checked the cash shop and saw 80K Nx and 14 RP points. Logged in the next day to try it out again and the
    NX was gone along with RP was gone. A few hours later, my RP points came back somehow but no NX. As for the gear, I am not sure as the last login prior to this week was about 6 years ago
