hi royals-staff i gachaed before server crash now half of the scrolls are gonne (including a cs) and i still only have 6 tickets left. Would be nice if i could get back to my original 35 tickets or get the cs back. thank you in advance <3

oh sorry didnt saw the format stuff IGN: SirEcho Problem: Lost scrolls because of server crash 1cs other scrolls and my gacha tickets are also gone only 6 left. Details: I did a gacha run and nearly to the end i got an error message from Gacha NPC. i checkt my Inventory but there was still space. After that i DC.
Do you remember what scrolls you obtained? If not, do you remember what the original amount of the gachapon tickets was?
I cant remember the other scrolls since i spamned tickets only saw chaos scroll since its highlighted. was 35ticket run
[Character Issues] is usually handled by me, and I reply once per few days There isn't a need to bump the thread unless you have new info to add
i cant give you the exact number but i bought the tickets ~10mins before the server crash and used them straight away
So it occurred around 28th July, 8 pm (UTC)? I would need to put in an estimated date/time before forwarding the info to the Admins
