Weapon wearing problem, not sure if it's bug

Dear all,

I am a bowmaster, I tried to wear my weapon but it shows red and not able to use.
Could anyone who can help me understand what's happening.

either 1. you took a gear off and it provided the str necessary to use the weapon
or 2. you are wearing a balrog pad but it's bugged and the str wouldn't count towards using weapons

 

ohhhh balrong pad has this bug. let me try.

It fixed I remove the barlog pad, and APR to the AP and it's equipped.

 

you may make a character issue thread for the APR refund

 

you can use the shoulder, it the stats just wouldn't count for your weapon (they would still make you stronger)
