Your suspicion is completely understandable and valid. However, I’d like to point out that I’m an old player, and in all the years I’ve been around, I only made one mistake for which I was punished. Within the LITNA community there have always been cases of vote abuse, RWT, and other harmful practices that can be done in the game. Personally, I am not that type of person.

To be clear, around four years ago I lent approximately 130~170 APRs to “danil0,” a Night Lord. I believe he had already been evading a ban, but that’s not my concern—nor is it my responsibility to investigate who is banned or who evades. Censored.

The point is: I gave him those APRs back then, and earlier this year I reached out to him to settle that old debt. He gave me 2B in return. Whether that was from a mule account he uses for illicit purposes, I honestly don’t know.

I’m an old player, not as active as I used to be. If I were involved in RWT, and considering I’ve had a stable job in real life Censored , don’t you think I’d be far better equipped instead of still using really old items?

In the WhatsApp messages, it is very clear that, between jokes, I was reminding him about the AP resets I had lent him and asking when he would pay me back. And once, while playing Dota 2, he told me to log into the game (Royals) so he could give me those back. Perhaps it may seem a bit confusing, but in the WhatsApp messages it clearly states what he owed me, and there are many ways he could have told me he would return the mesos (a call, a message through another game, or even in person if possible).


I do not intend to offend you or disrespect you, trying to act smart, but if you analyze those WhatsApp messages, there is a solid basis there. I have nothing else to tell you or any other way to prove that it happened that way. As you may have seen in your records, I have not been an active player, and I do not keep every detail of what I did in the game, because I never did anything wrong that would make me afraid of being banned, which would be the only reason to keep screenshots of trades and messages that could compromise me.

Good evening, Tim. Honestly, I don’t know if the in-game character who gave me the mesos was actually him or if he paid someone else to transfer what he owed me. And if I had accepted real money for in-game items, there wouldn’t have been any transaction in the game at all—only real-life money changing hands. I mean no disrespect, but I sincerely hope you can make your final decision soon. I will accept any outcome. If you believe there’s not enough evidence, I’ll understand. These days, I’m just focused on work, continuing my studies, and my family. I occasionally play Dota 2, but I’d really prefer not to end the year with this unresolved.

Sr. Tocino, con el debido respeto, ¿qué pruebas tiene para afirmar que participé en RWT? ¿No es más que solo su opinión decidir eso, y no la de TIM? ¿No revisó sus registros y se dio cuenta de que no soy un jugador activo? Como repito una persona que no es capaz de aceptar sus acciones sabiendo que está perjudicando a alguien que en algún momento le brindó su ayuda desinteresadamente, ya que yo ya Danilo lo conocí en ROYALS, nisiquiera es mi amigo en la vida real, y entonces por qué le di Aprs sin conocerlos a fondo? Por qué me comentó que no le iba bien en el juego, y tampoco es que yo sea un experto en el juego pero ese soy YO, brindado una mano a cualquiera que me la solicite, si usted y TIM no les parece más que suficientes estas pruebas, entenderé su punto de vista, pero no la comparto, por qué, explícame tú, cómo alguien que no es activo en el juego va estar guardando todas las evidencias de sus transacciones, sé que soy responsable de ellas, pero como no actuó o trabajó bajo la ilegalidad, no tenía pensado por qué tengo que estar cuidándome de todo o casi nada que hacía en el Royals, ya que como te repito, no soy un jugador activo.
Ahora, con respecto a esos mensajes de WHATSAPP me doy cuenta que existe gente sin escrúpulos, como alguien que le ayude sin esperar nada a cambio, viene y me responde de esta manera en el WhatsApp, quizás creerá que voy a dar información para que ustedes lo baneen, en fin, todo queda a criterio de ustedes.
