Malaysia, using VPN. The server status on the main page is listed as 'Offline' and unable connecting to channels.

 

You answered your question yourself. Server is offline. And that is why you cannot connect

I was wondering if it was other issues, considering there would usually be an announcement about server checks or updates whenever the server goes offline.

 

oh okay. since I didn't see any announcementI thought it's a problem on my part. thanks for the help anyway.

 

In Italy, I get "you have been disconnected from login server" when trying to join a channel. Happens on VPN as well. I just redownloaded and haven't played in a while.

Hi playing from Singapore.

I initially thought I was the only one.
Apparently, I've got to repeatedly logging in and logging out, closing the client and opening again for many times because it just hanged when I enter the game.

entered the game, after awhile hanged.
entered the game, changed channel, hanged.
entered the game, enter free market, hanged.

basically the game will hanged after a short while entering the game (about less than 5-10mins) , either that or changing channels will cause the screen to be totally black and I've to force close the game.

*please take note that I did not DC-ed nor did the game made me DC-ed.
Just hanged black screen so I've to force close the game

currently unable to play the game longer than 5-10mins as the game will force me to force close the game and re-enter again.

hopefully there's a solution.

Noted. Thank you for the reply.
Tried to used mobile data too but issue still happens, but its ok.
Used and wasted at least 3 owls for searching item in market, search didnt appear and need to close the game.
Will try again few days later to see if it improves.
