Thanks for responding to DMs. I've checked your account and there are no issues from the account side of things. The IP address you are using at the moment is still the same as before and hasn't changed. Please turn your router off, wait for 30 seconds then turn it on again. If you still have the same IP address then you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as they may have provided you with a static IP address and that's not ideal for your current situation.
