Hi there. You are not banned. It looks like you're using a public VPN that's causing you to not be able to log in. Please disable or uninstall your VPN before attempting to reconnect to MapleRoyals.
Disabled VPN and reinstalled with both WZ and IMG types.. I also made sure the folder was in the exception for my antivirus
There are no issues on the account side of things so you'll need to do some trouble shooting on your side. A few things you could try from your side: Closing the client, opening a new one and trying again Ensuring that your firewalls and antiviruses have whitelisted MapleRoyals Disabling and uninstalling VPN services (this one's a big culprit) Restarting your computer Trying a different internet connection eg. your current internet vs. phone hotspot Creating another account and seeing if one lets you in and the other doesn't Ensuring that your email address is verified before attempting to reconnect to MapleRoyals
