I have also tried restarting my modem/router and this has not worked. Could I get some help?
Uhh Sorry I dont know if this should be the same thread but were all my characters deleted by any chance?
We don't delete characters. Since it's been a while, you have probably forgotten some accounts. It's best for you to head over to account recovery here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ to work with our admins to recover the ones you may have forgotten. In the meantime, you can play on the accounts you can access and create new accounts if you wish as you are not banned.
