While I was on the boat heading to Orbis, I stepped away to take a shower. When I came back, the game had disconnected. When I tried to log in again, it showed: “This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.” I don’t think I violated any rules. Today I only voted once for the account "Necesitas" to get the pet. Hi Tim, I just connect directly through home internet from the modem, no special software like VPN or anything else. Hope this helps! Please let me know if you need any other information.

I completely understand your concern, but I really have only ever connected through my home internet, directly from the same modem with no VPNs, hotspots, or any special network software involved. I honestly have no idea why there would be extra MAC addresses showing up, since I’ve never changed my setup or used any other connection. I truly haven’t used any other network source, and I’d appreciate any guidance on how I can help you verify that. Thank you for taking the time to review this.
please look into your additional mac addresses on your pc and disable the unnecessary ones that certain software that you have installed uses when you've done so we can help you
Hi Tim, Thanks for the guidance. I checked my network in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, now disabled all unnecessary ones so only the Intel Ethernet is active.
