Devs have made some progress in the investigations (we will update here again upon confirming) As of now, the stored items don't seem to have disappeared, but Devs are still investigating for confirmation
I use IMG. 情境： 9月12日 使用角色A花費200k NX擴充倉庫至48格，然後切換到角色B。 角色B儲存大約20個左右的物品進倉庫，然後下線。 9月13日 角色A將昨天角色B儲存的東西都拿出來，這時候我並沒有特別確認倉庫大小。 切換到角色B後，打算再次儲存20多個物品時，發現倉庫欄位變成了16格。
Sorry about that. This bug is now fixed, was related to increasing storage combined with depositing mesos, this caused the slot limit to be overwritten again with the default value. I have tried my best to restore storage slots, if you are still missing storage slots please create a Character Issues thread.
