[Bug] Cannot equip item even though stats are high enough

I cannot equip certain equipment even though my character’s stats are above the required stats. The item requirement shows lower than what I currently have, but when I try to wear it, it doesn’t equip.

Please add screenshots of your stats and equipment.

Please also be aware that your shoulder stats (if you have one) do not currently count towards meeting the equipment's minimum requirement. This is a known issue that the staff is trying to fix.
