Hello, good afternoon. I'm returning to MapleStory and I've encountered the following error with my accounts. I'd like to know how to recover them. Here are my account IDs.

• What you were doing before being disconnected :I'm just getting in, there hasn't been any activity.

 

Name of the character: Leaicha
What you were doing before being disconnected: I get stuck during character login, then get disconnected. After restarting the client, I’m unable to log in again.

 

I've been stuck logged in for over 5 mins, my character is djdurtymyke and I had disconnected while afk when eating dinner.

 

Got 2 chars stuck.

What you were doing before being disconnected: Both characters were AFK, but after being disconnected from the server, they were already logged in.
What I tried: Restarting PC, restarting client

What you were doing before being disconnected: I just finished pap, and I entered the cash shop to cash in the bling bling I got from it, never got into the cash shop, it got stuck on a black screen and the server was down.
What I tried: Going to the forum bitching in chat about the server crashing.

since then it shows me that massage even tho my char isnt connected

• What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): As the first reports were coming in during the server being unstable, I was finishing up Shao Prequests and then tried logging in and out in the FM. It's still logged stuck logging in since then (~6ish hours ago)

What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): Took the elevator from Korean Folk Town up to Helios Tower and logged off. This was ~8hours ago, seems like there were server instability issues at that time.

What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): Killed some horny mushrooms in Ant Tunnel then tried to cc from ch.2 to ch.3 and the client crashed. I couldn't login ever since (~8 hrs ago).

What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): I was farming truckers and logged out to swap over to my main to switch gear, after that point I was unable to login for what has been about 10 hours now. I made a new iron character and also wanted to swap over some cosmetic items. So I am unsure where the issue originated.
