For the past 4 days I've had an issue with voting not being recognized/credited, despite being shown "Thank you for voting" & completing captcha puzzles. I have tried voting on my various accounts to see if that were the issue, as well as various web browsers and operating systems, ensuring adblocks were off. I'm following the flowchart to make thispost. I am US based with AT&T. Happy to provide any further information that may be relevant.
1) Are you logged into your account and using the vote button on the website? A "yes" or "no" will suffice. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR USERNAME! 2) Does the vote button change within 5 minutes of voting? To: 3) Does your account have at least 1 character that is level 15 or above? 4) Are you using the same PC to vote on multiple accounts? 5) Are you using a VPN?
1. Yes 2. I never receive the red button, only the secondary green button that states "Thank you for voting", no matter how many times I "vote" any day. 3. Yes. 4. No, I have attempted my other accounts to see if that is the issue, however I only vote on one specific account. 5. No.
