i have 2 users and on of them i know and rimember the pass and PINS but it not let me get in the game the second user its say i need to go to the website on the account to do reset but its not let me do that on the web
on the first account i know all the info password and PINS one i do the finel pin its close the game and show me this You have been disconnected from login server. please try again later on the second one its say that i need to go into the account profile on the website and change pins, when im trying to go to the account on the website, the website not working. thanks for the help!
Hi there. If you're trying to access your account through the MapleRoyals home page which brings you to your control panel and there are issues, try using another browser. Browser = Chrome, Microsoft Edge etc.
If you're having issues with the game and not the website, then this is a different issue. If you are disconnecting, you may be using a VPN which causes the game to close. Please disable and uninstall VPN services before reconnecting to the game. I am able to log into the game and the MapleRoyals website so this is not a bug or an issue with the game or website. You can also try: Website Incognito mode Checking addons to see if anything is blocking MapleRoyals Client Ensuring latest version of files are downloaded Using WIZ vs. IMG clients Check firewalls and make sure MapleRoyals is allowed Check antivirus and make sure MapleRoyals is allowed If you are using a mac computer, when entering the pin, try pressing the ok button vs. pressing the enter button on the keyboard (sometimes, one works over the other) Try restarting your router to obtain a new IP address to see if that helps
i got into the first account thanks!! the second one i got the email address and i try to send the reset but i didnt get the email for reset and i know its the email cuz i have all the info there
Emails are case sensitive if you enrolled with [email protected] it'll fail if you try [email protected]
im just not sure witch email i used i do have a old email from mapleroyals of confirm account and i have the same stuff i have the account on posts also i can give you guys the pass and the pic the only thing i dont rimember its the pin i know you guys not working for me i just really want this accout back
