unfortunately even if you get it, it'll probably be months. Best you forget about it and move on if you already made a thread. I had a 4bil nx item diappear from a bug and i'm still waiting on it almost 3 months later
Damn, well I'm happy I created this thread since I got some answers and closure, goodbye 5 AP resets, I will move on for now.
They can only restore the items while the server is offline for a server check. It's like name changes.
