I have seen multiple threads with the same issue and all suggested opening a ban appeal. I have a VPN but I did not try to login while it is active, I also tried to quit it entirely. I moved to a different country, is that a possible reason? Ban message when attempting to log in: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." What GM banned you (optional): Not sure.
Hi there. You are not banned and your VPN services are still active. Please disable them completely or uninstall them before reconnecting to MapleRoyals and you should be good to go.
Thanks for confirming the ban status. For some reason it did not work even after closing the VPN, but after a hard restart it seems fine. Maybe it was something else.. In any case the issue has been resolved. Thanks.
