I'm currently doing the blizzard prequest. I have a door mule on Wolf Territory V, and take the door from town on my mage, walk down and kill mobs on every platform, all the way to bottom of Wolf Territory III. At the bottom, I CC on both and then nearest town scroll on mage into a new door. I have been through every channel on the three maps Wolf Territory III, IV, and V for the past 2 hours. Lycans are not spawning in Wolf Territory V for some reason.
I can confirm that I've only ever seen Lycanthropes in Wolf Territory III and IV. The Monster Book says they should be in Wolf Territory V as well. My best guess is that the staff made a few creative changes to that area and may have only intended to make 2 maps with Werewolves (I and II) & Lycanthropes (III and IV). I've previously noticed errors in the Monster Book that were later corrected so I'll let the staff confirm whether the book is incorrect or the map's spawn is incorrect.
