IGN: Naobito Problem: Rose Garden 1/1 but it reset everything. Details: so i did rose garden and started around 20 minutes before the crash, i already got to bee room (after wasting an apple, gizer, some stoppers, pots, and echo) and after the crash my collected bee's reset, my totems were reset to before i started, and everything i wasted remained wasted. I either request a reset for rose garden, or everything wasted back. I experienced no lag at all before the crash so i couldn't see it coming, sadly.
Apologies for the disappointment. Due to the nature of the server outage, we are unfortunately unable to verify the items, so we will not be able to restore the lost progress of the mentioned items. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
well, compared to other players who unluckily lost their items due to server issues, i only lost a gizer, 1 apple, 4 stoppers, echo, pots and some time out of my life. I can live without these items as they are very cheap, but I do think that copy pasting the same response to people who wasted a good amount of time and recources (e.g Boomz) is wrong, borderline disrespectful even. Thanks for the answer, i'm good, hope that we will have better solutions in the future.
We don't offer compensation for a case like this since we can't verify what was lost/gained in the short timeframe of the monster drop / played content data of all online players no longer saving due to a sudden hardware related server outage. Instead of handpicking requested refunds and going by the players word on what they gained/lost as we cant verify the data, we chose to not make any manual changes and continue the game from the latest save state. Fortunately sudden server outages are very rare and we save our data frequently so you can continue to play the game and assume your progress will be kept!
I appreciate your answer, as it may be unfair to us as players, at least it's unfair to everybody equally. Not blaming you tho, it's not any 2025 high-end game or w/e, it's an old ass game from 20 years ago. As mentioned, I'm good, I barely lost a thing, just sad to see other unfortunate cases. Have a nice evening.
