Closed Loots gone from roll back

    Problem: Loots gone from roll back
    Details: On 2nd Oct 2025 approx 12pm server time i killed auf and took my loots . Approx 1210pm server crashed while i was still fighting niber. When i logged back in i spawned in auf map. NX cards, Auf helms, Miracle scroll, Dragon Khanjar and other loots disappeared, niber run was was available. Please return them back to me thanks.

    Really disappointing. This loot was pretty good and it was gone because of no fault of mine. Is getting a round of loot from auf too much to expect then? Verifying that a run was used and looking at my logs of killing auf almost every day should suffice ya?

    Why not though? Yall are acknowledging there is a roll back but saying that yall cant give fair compensation to those affected?

    1 hour+ run, 3 stews, 4 peppermints, 3 onyx apples, 1 gizer, elixirs and power elixirs spent and i get NX cards, Auf helms, Miracle scroll, Dragon Khanjar with other loots. No compensation AT ALL for resources spent or items gained for something entirely not my fault?

    What im understanding is that yall have the saved data from the time the server is rolled back to yes? Assuming 1210pm server went out and was rolled back to 12pm data, im referring to the 12pm data. In this case yall can definitely verify that it was rolled back to when i was in the middle of the auf run. I would like to resume from that saved point please, because i got kicked out of the run when server went back up.

    I understand there's not much you can do as an intern so maybe Tim can warp me in or something.

    Even if I was an admin, I would not be warping you in, because that would be unfair on another players. Tim will not be rewarping you either.

    The decision is final. I'm sorry that it's not the one you were hoping for. We have a strict policy about rewarps, and your situation does not meet our criteria.
