Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT): Multiple; most recent: today (10/24/25), every 5-10 minutes of in-game time (between 07:00 PM - 08:31 PM PST)

Details of the issue: Within the last week, I haven't play Royals for more than 5-10 minutes before the game lags and kicks me back to the title screen.

What error code were you given(if any): None, only the standard "unable to connect to game server message"

If it can be replicated, please provide a screenshot or recording of the issue occurring: N/A

    Other notes:
    • I've already attempted to redownload the files for Royals
    • The Royals folder is listed as an exception for my antivirus
    • My internet connection has been stable this entire week
    • ISP is Cox
    • Playing in North America region

Have you done a ping test to confirm your connection to the Royals server?

If not, please try a ping test to confirm your latency
    IP address for test: 57.128.187.242
Either do the ping test on CMD or WinMTR

    1) Launch CMD and type ping 57.128.187.242 -t
And let it send about 50~100 times
Note: Ctrl C to stop the continuous pings
Observe the % of data loss

    2) https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
Simply download that software, run it, input that (IP address), and click start.
Allow it to run at least 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here.

Ran CMD and had it ping 100 times, report shows 100 received (0% loss).

The above screenshot doesn't show any issues as your ping is around 160-ish

Were you lagging in Royals when this test took place?
(some lag might only occur at specific timings)

No lag at the time of the test. Also, I think I've tentatively resolved the issue.

I deleted all files again, restarted, and ran CCleaner before attempting to reinstall. I've played twice since then for 30+ minutes each time without any lag spikes or disconnects. Might have been an issue with one of the individual files.
