Welcome back! From what I can see, I think your account security have been compromised, and banned before any further damage could be done. I am going to request an admin to look into this, although I'd also recommend that you head over to the account recovery section and make a thread there. The admins will probably need to verify that you are the original owner of the account before they release it back to you, and that process can take awhile, so best to start it now.
