As the subject says, I did the voting but it says on MapleRoyals that I can still vote so I click the vote link and it says that I have to wait 16 and a half hours to vote again so I guess something went wrong in between somewhere.
I have had this happen an additional 3 times now. I'm really clueless on why it's happening. I thought maybe it was due to not being as concise with the time I was doing it but I waited until it was later than the last time I voted to make sure it was over a 24 hour mark but I still am having issues with earning. Anything that I could be doing wrong and assistance would be very much appreciated
did you vote in another server / a household member voted to another server? cause it seems like your ip is already used for a certain vote. you can try to vote from your phone if you're certain nobody else voted.
I'll try voting from my phone next time. I'm the only one in the household that plays MapleRoyals. I just voted again now so I will see what happens
It's likely your WiFi has a dynamic IP address, and someone else on the same ISP has already voted on Gtop100 with that IP before you You may wish to restart your modem/router for a new IP, or request your ISP for a static IP address (this usually cost money)
I'm not using CGNAT because I host servers for friends. The only other thing that I have noticed is that I don't get it each time I have NX card things in my etc from killing bosses and then opening up the cash shop which I'm not sure is coincidence or not. I tried voting on my phone and it Gtop 100 is aware that I have voted there as well. It's literally just MapleRoyals that doesn't see that I voted
I just noticed how unclear my first post was and I apologise. It's not that I go to vote and then see on Gtop 100 that I have apparently voted. I go onto there and do the voting and all is good there. I go into the cash shop and I don't have my 8K. I then refresh the vote page and it acts like I haven't voted. So I click on it to see and try again and then Gtop 100 says that I have already voted. I'm not sure exactly what's causing it but it does seem like there's somehow like a loss of communication between Gtop 100 and Maple possibly?
I just tried voting and couldn't replicate the issue. Could you confirm if you done the following steps? If you voted successfully, please include a screenshot (as per my last screenshot, with username censored)
I wont be able to show a screenshot saying thank you for voting on Gtop 100 today as I have already voted. So I will do it tomorrow if the issue happens again. It's not every day it happens
It worked today the way it should. I refreshed the page and it said I have voted already. The only thing different this time is that I have no NX cards in my etc. It has to be a massive coincidence but every time I have had it failed was when I had them in my inventory. I'm really confused tbh. So to clarify on the days it doesn't work the flow of screenshots looks the exact same, says thank you for voting and redirects to gtop 100 and then I get a thank you for voting on gtop 100 until the last one where I go back to royals and refresh it then comes up saying that I haven't voted today. Then if I press again it takes me to gtop 100 and I press to vote on there and then it says I have already voted, which I did. Just Royals didn't register that I did or something.
Do you still face this error today? Based on your description, it seems like this error only occurs when you just voted for the day + you entered the cash shop with NX cards?
I now know that it's not the NX cards. It seems like it's if the vote tab is left open and you refresh the tab instead of opening it up from fresh it causes the issue possibly. So I wonder if there's something cached that causes a conflict. I'll try doing it from a fresh instance a few times and then doing so with refreshing and report back and hopefully be able to mark this as solved
What do you mean by vote tab is left open? As in, after you have voted, you left the same tab open for the next day's vote?
