Can't launch the game after login — error message appears

    Issue Details:
    Hi, I’m a new player who just downloaded the game and wanted to play with my friends.
    However, I can’t seem to launch the game properly. After I log in with my account, the client shows an error message and then closes.

    I’ve already followed the troubleshooting steps listed in the forum:

    • I redownloaded and reinstalled the game files.

    • I rebooted my modem and router.

    • I checked that my OS and drivers are up to date.

    • I searched the forum before posting, but couldn’t find the same issue.
    I’m using a Windows system, and I was wondering — could there be another program on my computer interfering with the game?

    Also, I’m using ChatGPT to help me translate and write this post,
    so if there’s anything strange or unclear in my message, please let me know — that way I can learn and fix it.

    Hi! I don’t have any VPNs installed on my computer.
    I’m not really sure what could be causing this — I got this device not too long ago, so maybe there’s something unusual with its setup?

    Are there any settings or configurations I should double-check?
    I’m not sure what the previous owner might have changed, and I’m wondering if that could be affecting my ability to play.
    When I play other private servers here in Taiwan, everything works fine, so it seems like this issue only happens with MapleRoyals.

    But can you confirm the previous owner did not get banned before?

    If unsure, please submit a Ban Appeal so that GMs may investigate

    Hi Dave,
    The GM told me that my account was permanently banned, but this is actually my first time playing MapleRoyals.
    I’ve never played or created any account before, so I’m really shocked and confused about why this happened.
    If possible, could you please help me explain this to them or let them know that I’m just a new player who might have been affected by the previous owner of my computer?
    I’ve been so excited to join this server, and it honestly feels heartbreaking to get banned before I even got to play properly.
