Your gear is fine, you want levels Better Claw and Shoes and filling Ring slots is prolly a good next step for you.
don't feel rushed to remove your dex, just get to 135, start doing Zakum and Krex daily loot zhelm + almighty ring (krex ring) try to get even more stats, also I can suggest you do to the daily hp quest, it's only 35 average per a day, but you can get to high enough hp to do ht and get ht which should be 21-28 each stats (depends on your luck)
