    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): No idea

    I am still experiencing this issue after restarting my router multiple times.

    I'm not the most technically experienced person - could I check what exactly needs changing? My public IP address? Is there a setting I can change on my PC?

    It looks like your IP address hasn't changed.

    This means you have been assigned a static IP address (an IP address that won't change when you restart your router) and you'll need to talk to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to change this.
