Character Names: Pistolpete4, PistolpeteGS, Pistolpete6, PistolpeteHM, PistolpeteCR, PistolpeteNL, PistolpeteBM, Itemholdz, Itemholdz2 (I am not 100% on the storage IGNs, but they are on the same account as the Bishop which has the IGN PistolpeteHM) (The PistolPete IGNs are correct as I have photo reference, but I may not have capitalized everything correctly as I was not consistent with the caps. I apologize for any inconvenience.) Last thing I did: I bought some chairs from the FM. I moved them to some of my other characters - all listed above. I actually snapped 2 screenshots right before I loged off. The screenshots were of my 7 playable characters - not storage. I took one of the 7 standing and one of the 7 in their new chairs (I can send the screenshots as proof. I can also check the dates and times when I pulled them if needed.). I then logged off. When I logged back on the next day, the game asked for my PIN even though I did not change internet/locations. When I logged in, I learned my accounts had been hacked. Any good item I had was gone across all of my accounts, but I was able to login and check all of my characters. I changed the passwords on the accounts. I was upset, so I have not played at all since. This happened about three weeks ago. Why do you think you got banned?: I am honestly not sure. Maybe I got flagged for RWT? I did not Real World Trade, my items were stolen. Maybe suspicious login activity? Or could I be associated with someone else that was banned? I actually went back to check a few appeal threads just to make sure I was doing things correctly and I see that someone I purchased leech from like 4 weeks ago was likely banned. Again, I am unsure though. Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again. What GM Banned you (optional): I do not know. Hello! After I lost my good equips and items, I was pretty upset. I did still have access to the characters after getting hacked which is why I am confused they have been banned sometime in the last few weeks even though I haven't played them at all. Anyways, I am sort of on the fence determining if I wanted to try to pick things back up with my characters or not. I am far more curious as to the reasoning why my characters were banned in the first place. Lastly, I did want to say that regardless of if the ban is over turned or not, I wanted to thank the Royals team for my time playing the game. Even if it was limited, I still enjoyed myself. Thank you!
Hi there. You have been banned on suspicion of Real World Trade (RWT). Please explain why you received a Maple Warrior 20 Skillbook and Onyx Apples from a known RWTer.
Hi Foxy, I traded for the MW20 Skillbook, and the Onyx Apples were given to me circumstantially. I will further explain each item. For the Onyx Apples, I had purchased leech from someone. I don't quite remeber the IGN, but I would guess you have that info. I usually use/respond to smegas for leech. Anyways, I was utilizing leech services as I was washing some characters. These characters had low primary stats with most stat points in INT, and these characters were leeched up to level 70. This all happened during the event with the increased xp rates. They needed to make 3rd job advancement. I put too many points into INT (these characters in reference were not mages), so my characters were too weak to actually defeat the job advancement boss (damage was too low alongside accuracy being dismal - those were the two problem areas.). I think I tried to make third job advancement for like 2-4 hours, but I kept failing. The leech seller asked if I needed any more leech, and I told them that I would be interested, but I am struggling on job advancing. They recommended the onyx apples. I would have bought them as I did purchase the Maple Pops and amoria baskets for increased accuracy, but the leech seller said that he would just give the onyx apples to me to speed up the job advancement process. I think they gave me 10 or 12 onyx apples. I went to the FM, and I picked them up. I did not think anything of that since I had paid them quite a bit of meso already and they would stand to make more meso quicker by providing the apples. I thought this was a nice business practice and enticed me to contiue to purchase leech from them. All leech service was paid for in meso or APR. For the MW20 skillbook, I traded +15 weapon attack stormcaster gloves for the skillbook. I do feel compelled to provide some backstory here, so I can adaquately explain the rational behind some decisions. I started off with the shadower account as my first account. I then decided to create a corsair as a higher DPS play as I did not initially want to go the NL route. After some time with both accounts and researching the game's meta, I decided I wanted to work towards my verision of an ultimate end game experience, so I created 5 other characters. I had my shad with SS30. I wanted all the party buffs/characters with the sought after mule skills plus a NL. So my characters consisted of a shad, corsair, bishop, paladin, bowmaster, buccanear, and night lord plus my two storage characters on the bish account. Since I was working towards my vision of an ultimate end game with all party buffs available, I was planning on treating each character like a main and not a just a mule. As I initially started out on the server with the shad, I began my play experience. I started with nothing. I initially grinded and farmed out for meso. As I continued, I did some merching, I played events for event scrolls and white scrolls. I used gach for white scrolls to sell. I was in a guild and I would join boss runs when there was a buyer, so I was trying to earn some meso. As I played I was able to earn enough to buy some decent items. One item I picked up pretty early in my play was the 15 weapon attack storm caster gloves. I eventually got +22 weapon attack brown work gloves - which were stolen and entirely gone now - and replaced the storm caster gloves. I then created a bishop which I spent quite some time training on. I used the bishop to meso farm. I grinded through most of the bishop play. Anyways, the reason I bring this up is that the only two playable characters that I had was my bishop and my shad. The other 5 never completed their washing/resetting all AP back into primary stats. Actually, I might have finished the wash on the paladin, but he had no accuracy. The point is these characters could not damage or hit anything. My plan was to eventually gear them out and acquire auf helms and go secondary statless. The real point I am trying to highlite here is that I decided I really wanted an ulitmate high end/strong character end game play, so I decided that 15 watt gloves were not going to cut it for any of them, and having the second set of 15 watt gloves is useless to me as I cant actually utlize them on any character at the time. So I figured I needed other equips for the characters, primarily for accuracy increase, and then I would try to get 22/23 watt gloves for the rest of them except for the shad as he had gloves and the bishop as he needs magic attack. I was messaging my leech seller. I told them I needed to get MW20 like they had on their bishop for my bishop. Having it on my bishop seemed like the most logical choice. I could not buy MW20 for all 7, so I thought I should probably put it on the bishop. The leech seller said they had an extra MW20 and they would sell it to me. I was just speaking out in coversation as I did not quite have enough meso to purchase MW20 at that time nor did I have enough APR. I told the leech vendor that I could trade for the 15 watt storm caster gloves. He said he would take that deal. To be honest, I think I likely overpaid for the MW20 based on marketprices of the 2 itrems, but I really rathered the MW20 at that time. This is where things get a little strange. He told me to go to the FM and into one of the FM rooms on a particular channel. When I arrived, a low level character beginner came into the room and dropped the skillbook. The character asked me to drop the gloves, so I did. I did not understand the reason for a drop trade, but it makes sense if they were a RWTer. Anyways, it happened so fast, and he dropped the book first, so I did not want to get blacklisted as a scammer or something, so I complied. That was my bad. Like I mentioned prior, the ways I earned meso in game was: Grinding/Farming - I spent quite a bit of time grinding my shad and bishop all over to level and collect meso/items to npc for meso. I spent a lot of time in ToT looking for the Mask ETC. items, but I also found some perfect Red Cravens and King Cents. I tried merching here and there - not great, but not the worst Boss Run Services - I did not initiate these services, I would jump in when a guildie had things set up. Events - event scrolls/items/White Scrolls Gachapon - white scrolls/dark scrolls Use NX to purchase APR to sell in game - I may have had 7 accounts, but I have read the rules/terms and I know to only vote on one account per day. I apologize if I went a bit overboard on my explanations. I hope this clears things up. Let me know if you have any other questions, concerns, or need anything else. Thank you for the quick ban appeal response and thanks for the help!
In an effort to not waste both of our time, I will be closing your appeal. You will remain permanently banned for real world trade (rwt) as you bought mw20 and 15 apples. We have already caught your seller. Your story does not match our logs, but commendable effort. This means you as a player are permanently banned and can no longer create any new accounts. Your appeal is denied.
That is okay. That is your decision to make. I apologize for any inaccuraccies. I have been chronically ill for about a year and a half now, so my memory over this last period has been less than perfect. I have been spending too much time playing this game as it is. It was fun. I will move on. Thanks
