Hello. I have a main account that's associated with this forum account, and I also have an alt account I made (to level up a HS bot, for extra storage, etc.). Except I forgot my alt account's PIN, so I'm unable to go into the account control panel. I tried to guess possible PINs I could've used, but I guess it was none of them because I got locked out. Additionally, and this is a bit off-topic but since I'm already here, I also recently bought RoyalPoints on my main account, but I was wondering how to transfer that donator status to my forum account here! (And also, on the topic of my main account, I can't seem to access the control panel on my main account at all, as it keeps saying I've tried to log in too many times... even though it's literally my first time every time whenever I try.) Thank you! Edit: Okay so... I figured out the email and reset the password... I'm still struggling to get onto the control panel for both accounts though. It's super sporadic whether or not I get hit by that "log in too many times" error. So... yeah, I think I may need some help resetting my PIN/PICs (if possible) for both accounts. Also, I do have a third account I found (lol xd) that I'd like to request help deleting! Okay, and seriously, finally, is it okay if I also ask to check if those are all the accounts I have? (I can DM if I need to provide more information.) And also that this is my only forum account? xd
Okay never mind, I have some updates! 1. I managed to get into both my main and alt accounts, and successfully reset my PIN/PIC for both. 2. I figured out how to request the donor tag, so... that's something I just did! 3. Accessing the control panel is still annoying and it's still super unreliable, but it's working on occasion when I use incognito. Not always (even in incognito), but it seems if I wait an hour or so, it sometimes works? That still leaves me with the other issues, so I'll list them out below for easier readability. 1. I was trying log-ins and I found that I have a third account (somehow lol) that I'd like to have deleted. So I guess I did make it at some point (and everything about it checks out)? But I don't remember making it lol. 2. If/when that account's deleted, do I have any other lingering accounts? Just to make sure. xd 3. I'm 99% sure I only have this one forum account, but... it's worth asking and checking! Is this my only one here too? Lol. Thank you!
Sorry for the delayed response, somehow missed this thread About the access to the control panel, it's a new issue that popped up recently, Devs are still looking into it For your other concerns 1. we do not delete accounts, but if you really want to do so, you may contact admins about it and check if they can do so 2. you would have to check with admins if you have any other accounts 3. not seeing any other forum accounts linked to you, but it's something you can ask admins too Link to contact admins for account issues - https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/
