    already disabled and uninstalled, however still not working.

    any alternate ways to fix it.

    Generic things to try include:
    • Ensuring you have the latest game files downloaded
    • Restarting your router to obtain a new IP address
    • Creating a new account and seeing if you can get into the game there
    • Restarting your computer
    • Whitelisting MapleRoyals on your firewalls and antivirus
