Can't Login

Hi, I cant seem to login since the game gets stuck after i click the login button. I can move my cursor around but the login button would be unresponsive afterwards. I already read the Error Code Guide http://royals.ms/forum/showthread.php?t=425 and I tried running it as an admin and registering my ip. i don't know if the ip register is working cause i get reffered back to the homepage after i register my ip. there isn't like a validation for it. Thing is when i went to look for my loopback adapter in the device manager there wasn't one so i'm guessing i deleted it a while ago. I already tried reinstalling the game but that hasn't helped me get passed the login screen. This is my first time trying out the server and i haven't been banned. any help? :c

I think it has something to do with their ''REGISTER IP'' button..

It has nothing to do with the Register IP button. Try logging in now.
